Scurria - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, May 3, 1984 Services for Jennie M. Scurria were at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Edwards Catholic Church in Tallulah with Father Louis Voorhies officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah under direction of Crothers Funeral Homde in Tallulah. Miss Scurria died Wednesday in Xxxxeph Hospital in Burbank, Calif. after a long illness. She was a native and lifelong resident of Tallulah and was visiting with her sister in Burbank, Calif., at the time of her death. She was a member of St. Edwards Catholic Church in Tallulah. Survivors include two brothers, Sam J. Scurria and Phillip J. Scurria, both of Tallulah; two sisters, Mrs. Grace O'Neal of Swartz and Mrs. Mary Ann Giliberto of Burbank, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews.
