All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Vernangus McDermit Rogan - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal August 28, 1991 Funeral services for Mrs. Vernangus McDermit Rogan, 67, were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church with Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. Mrs. Rogan died Saturday at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center. She was born in Winn Parish and had lived in Tallulah for 42 years. She was a retired salesclerk and a member of the First Baptist Church. Survivors include one daughter; Patricia R. Wells of Tallulah; four sisters, Ozelia Carpenter of Newellton, Audrice Crawford and Nola McDonald, both of Tallulah and Myrtle Woods of California; two grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Shane Castello, Hoyt McKnight, James McDonald, David McDonald Jr., Henry Grady and Leon Minsky.
