"Dickey" Priest died Thursday, Dec. 5, 2002, at his home. He was 65. Mr. Priest was born in Andrews, S.C. He was the administrator of the Christian Acres correctional school and the CEO of Tyche Inc. He was also a cattleman and a member of the American Correctional Association. He was preceded in death by his son, Rick Priest. He is survived by his parents, George and Betty Priest of Tallulah; his wife, Carol Ann Causey Priest of Tallulah; four daughters, Carol Lenhart of Alexandria, Va., and Ashley Moberley, Ginny Marsh and Paige Priest, all of Tallulah; one sister, Sue Henke of St. Louis, Mo.; and four grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Fred Fulton officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be at the family home from 5 until 7 tonight Pallbearers will be Jeff Hicks, Dick Brown, Robert Charles Brown, Dalton Fortenberry, James Earl Shivers, Charles Grady, Louis Grady, Tommy Wixon, Bill Yerger, LeRoy Smith, Gary Jones, Howard Fountain, Chip Sullivan, Richard Harris and Jackie Varner.
