Petty - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, December 2, 1976 Funeral services for Mrs. Inez R. Petty, 71, of Tallulah were held at 10 a.m. Monday at Crothers Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Crawford Williams officiating. Graveside services were held at Monday at Providence Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah. Mrs. Petty died Saturday at a Vicksburg Hospital in Vicksburg after an apparent heart attack. She was a native of Bienville Parish, a resident of Tallulah for the past 40 years and a member of the First Baptist Church in Tallulah. Survivors include her husband, J. B. Petty of Tallulah; two sons, Joe R. Smith Sr., Haughton; and Bill G. Smith of Shreveport; one daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Cummins of Tallulah; one sister, Mrs. A. G. Schuler of Houston, Tex.; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren
