(Pat) Perkins - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, August 13, 1981 Services for David P. (Pat) Perkins of Tallulah were held in the chapel of Crothers Funeral Home in Tallulah with the Rev. Lester Johnson officiating. Graveside services were at Memorial Park Cemetery in under direction of Crothers Funeral Home. Mr. Perkins died August 5 in Delta Haven Nursing Home in Tallulah after a short illness. He was a native of Patterson, a resident of Tallulah for several years. He was a retired xxxeman for the Illinois Central Railroad, a 14th Degree Scottish Rite Mason, a member of Forest Mississippi Masonic Lodge No. 436, and a member of the Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Annie L. Perkins of Tallulah; a daughter, Mrs. Patricia Rowell of Slidell; four brothers, D. C. Perkins of Columbus, Miss., Edgar N. Perkins of Hermansville, Miss., Caleb Perkins of Houston and Richard Perkins of Jackson, Miss. ; and three grandchildren. Pallbearers were William B. Williams, Carl Griffin, Dennis Daigre, Gene Butler, Maurice Machen and Richard Marshall.
