TALLULAH — Kathy Simmons Patty, died Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2010, at River Region Medical Center. 
She was 51.

Mrs. Simmons was born in Delhi and was a life-long resident of Tallulah. She was a secretary 
and a member of Parkview Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Joe F. Patty Jr. of Tallulah; a son, Joseph Patty of Tallulah; 
her parents, Newtie and Nellie Simmons of Tallulah; a sister; Judy Lynn Toney of Tallulah; 
three grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Parkview Baptist Church with the Rev. Clifton Wheat 
officiating. Burial, directed by Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home, will follow at Silver Cross 
Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday at the church from 10 a.m. until the service.
