All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************* Eddie Ray Patterson - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Cox Funeral Home, September 8, 2008 Funeral services for Eddie Ray Patterson, 63, of Tallulah formerly of East Carroll Parish will be held at 2:00PM, Monday, September 8, 2008 at the Monticello Southern Baptist Church in Monticello, LA with Rev. Rocky Stephens officiating. Burial with military honors will be held at the Epps Community Cemetery under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Delhi. Visitation will be held at Monticello Southern Baptist Church from 2PM Sunday until time of services. Eddie Ray was a veteran of the Vietnam Era Conflict serving in the infantry corps of the US Army. He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Jefferson Patterson and Annie Katherine Parks Patterson and a sister, Dorothy Tucker. He is survived by two daughters, Amy Poulos and husband George of Katy, TX and Nancy Dewitt and husband Robert Clayton of Monticello, LA; five grandchildren, Nicolas George and Adrian Poulos and Justin, Zachery and Brittany Mize; two brothers, T. L. Patterson of Haughton, LA and Dennis Patterson of Farmerville, LA; three sisters, Doris Gardner of Monette, AR, Patsy Ann Ashabranner of Rockport, TX and Betty Patterson of Lindale, TX and a number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Paul Smith, Ralph Patterson, Roy Tucker, Daniel Mize, Val Sargent and Clois King. Honorary pallbearer will be Johnny Littlejohn.
