All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Nell Hammond Patrick - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal March 3, 1999 Funeral services for Mrs. Nell Hammond Patrick, age 74, of Tallulah were held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 1, in the First United Methodist Church of Tallulah with the Rev. Kirby Vining officiating. Burial followed in the Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah. Mrs. Patrick died Saturday, Feb. 27, 1999 in the Madison Parish Hospital after a sudden illness. She was born in Newton, Miss., and had lived in Tallulah since 1941. She was a homemaker and housewife, a member of the First United Methodist Church, and a graduate of Mississippi State College for Women. Survivors include her husband, Warren Scott Patrick Sr. of Tallulah: one son, Warren Scott Patrick Jr. of Tallulah: three daughters, Cheryl Landry and Arwin Nichols, both of Baton Rouge, La., and Nancy Patrick of New Orleans, La.; and four grandchildren. Pallbearers were Walter Scott, Joe K. Scott, Stuart Moberley, Jackie Varner, Jack Folk and J. K. Post Jr. Memorials may be made to Silver Cross Cemetery or First United Methodist Church of Tallulah. Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
