All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Willie Mae Packer - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal April 12, 1968 Funeral Services Held Tuesday For Mrs. Dan Packer Funeral services for Mrs. Willie Mae Packer, 68, who died unexpectedly at her home here Monday were held at 2 p. m. at Fisher Funeral Home Chapel in Vicksburg, with the Rev. Howard Lips officiating. Burial followed in Silver Cross Cemetery. Born in Elaine, Arkansas, Mrs. Packer had lived in Vicksburg most of her life. She had been living in Tallulah for the past ten months. She was a licensed' practical nurse. She leaves her husband, Dan Packer, Tallulah; a niece, Mrs. Carl Warner, Vicksburg and a number of other relatives. Pallbearers were Paul Polk, E. L. Boling, Felix Joffrion, Earl Shelby, Ed Graves and R. R. Wilson.
