All rights reserved. ************************************************ Mary Blanchard Nettles - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post, July 25, 2005 TALLULAH - Mary Blanchard Nettles died Sunday, July 24, 2005, at Madison Parish Hospital in Tallulah. She was 85. Born in Delhi, Mrs. Nettles had lived in Tallulah for 66 years. She was a retired secretary and office manager. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Tallulah, Order of Eastern Star and Tallulah Book Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis A. Nettles Jr. Survivors include a son, Louis B. "Bubba" Nettles of Tallulah; three daughters, Donna Ervin of Tallulah, DeNeise Barlow of Jonesboro, La., and DeNeille Guillet of Atikokan, Ontario, Canada; two brothers, John Blanchard of Mansfield, La., and Jack Blanchard of Vicksburg; and six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with Bill Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Silver Cross Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the service at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Chris Barlow, Joseph Barlow, Trey Gilfoil, Todd Windham, Don Miller and Andy Vining.
