Neill died Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2004, at Olive Branch Senior Care Center in Tallulah. She was 99. Born in Yokena, Mrs. Neill had lived in Tallulah for more than 75 years. She was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Episcopal Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Elmer Neill Sr.; and a son, James Elmer Neill Jr. Survivors include three grandchildren, Dr. James Elmer Neill of San Angelo, Texas, and John Carter Neill of Vicksburg and Patricia Neill Albrecht of Southlake, Texas; five great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and other relatives, including Dorothy S. Neill of Tallulah. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Episcopal Church with the Rev. Bill Echols officiating. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the fellowship hall of the church. Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
