All rights reserved. *********************************************************************************************** Robert Norman "Bob" Neal Madison Parish, LA From The Monroe News-Star (LA), Thursday, March 29, 1973 TALLULAH - Funeral services for Bob Neal, 83, of Tallulah were at 2:30 p.m. today at the chapel of Crothers Funeral Home here. The Rev. Cloy Chapman officiated with burial at Providence Memorial cemetery. Mr. Neal died Wednesday at a Vicksburg, Miss., hospital after a lengthy illness. Mr. Neal was a native of Tennessee and had resided in Tallulah for the last 43 years. He was a retired sawyer with Chicago Mill and Lumber Co. here. He was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Anna Neal of Tallulah; a daughter, Mrs. Sylvia Etta Kaufman of New York City; one grandchild and one great-grandchild. Pallbearers were Don Belot, O. D. Creed, Frank Skipper, Roy Erwin, W. W. Jordan, and M. B. Christian.
