All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Doris Naff - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal February 13, 1991 Funeral services for Miss Doris Naff, 84, were held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Crothers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ramon Warren officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery. Miss Naff died Monday at St. Francis Hospital in Monroe after a long illness. She was born at Omega and had been a resident of Tallulah for the past 20 years. She was a retired school teacher of 42 years, receiving her B.S. from Louisiana Tech and her master's degree from George Peabody Teachers Institution in Nashville, Tenn. She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma Society, a member of the Eastern Star and a member of the Tallulah First United Methodist Church. Survivors include two brothers, William F. Naff of Tallulah and Perry G. Naff of Transylvania; a number of nieces and nephews. Nephews and great-nephews served as pallbearers.
