All rights reserved. ************************************************ Dorthea "Dot" Naff - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post June 17, 2001 Dorthea "Dot" Naff died Friday, June 15, 2001, at the Olive Branch Senior Care Center in Tallulah. She was 88. Mrs. Naff was born in Atkins, Ark., and reared in Sterlington, La. She graduated from Northeast Junior College of Louisiana State University. Mrs. Naff worked for the FBI, the Navy Department in San Francisco, the post office, and as a bookkeeper for Franklin Furniture in Tallulah. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Mack Naff; her parents, Annie and Scott Horton Sr.; and a sister, Vivian Billings. She is survived by two brothers, L.B. "Brit" Horton and Robert Horton; and a sister, Gen Bagley. Services for Mrs. Naff will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the chapel of the Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah with the Rev. Fred Fulton officiating. Burial will follow at Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah. Visitation will be today from 5 until 7 at the Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church or Madison Chapter 94 of the Eastern Star.
