All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Betty Marie Bertram Morrow - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Madison Journal July 2, 2015 Betty Marie Bertram Morrow, 74, passed away surrounded by her family on Wed., June 24, 2015, at River Region Hospital in Vicksburg, Miss. She was the loving and devoted wife of Max L. Morrow Sr., with whom she shared 56 years of marriage. Born in Canton, Ohio, she was the daughter of Nesbit and Katherine Arbogast Bertram. Morrow worked as a numerator for NASDA, where she enjoyed interacting with the local farmers. She was a member of Sondheimer Baptist Church. She loved deer hunting, reading and especially spending time with her family, whom she always shared a smile and a hug with. She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her beloved husband Max; daughter, Maxine M. Duncan; son, Max L. (Roseanne) Morrow Jr.; son-in-law, Bobby Patty; her baby, Priscilla M. (Larry) Mahoney; grandchildren, Carrie Morrow, Michael Thornton, Crystal Marsh, Mary Katherine Patty, Sierra Morrow, Max Joseph Morrow, Devin Duncan, Austin Mahoney, Justin Mahoney, Adrienne Mahoney, Cody Mahoney and growing family; great-grandchildren, Alex Marsh, Jade Whitlee Mahoney (her Angel), Logan Patty and Calvin Joseph Temple II; siblings, Delmar Bertram, Nesbit (Ginger) Bertram Jr., Jean (Richard) Archer, Paul Bertram, Susan Witte, Katherine Vining, Stella (Paul) Marsh, Walter (Brenda) Bertram, Carol Roberts, John Bertram, Nancy Wakefield, and Sharon (George) Wakefield. Morrow was preceded in death by her parents, Nesbit and Katherine Bertram; son, Nesbit Morrow; daughter, Barbara Sue Morrow Patty; daughter-in-law, Melody Morrow; brother, Harry Bertram; and sister, Margie Moss. The funeral service was held Fri., June 26, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Sondheimer Baptist Church, officiated by Pastor Billy Castilaw, with interment at Silver Cross Cemetery. The visitation was held at Sondheimer Baptist Church, starting at 1 p.m. and running until the time of the service. The family would like to especially thank the CV-ICU staff at River Region Hospital for the outstanding care they bestowed upon our loved one during her time in their care.
