All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Louise Morris - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal June 11, 1970 Louise Morris dies at 54; rites Wednesday Mrs. Louise Morris, 54, of Tallulah, died Tuesday morning in a Vicksburg, Miss., hospital after a brief illness. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. in the Episcopal Church in Tallulah with the Rev. Joseph Harrison officiating. Burial followed in Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home. Mrs. Morris was a native of New Orleans and had been a resident of Tallulah for the past 40 years. Survivors include her husband, W. H. Morris; one daughter Mrs. Linda Deacon of Bossier City; two brothers, Salo Abrahm and Charles Abrahm both of Tallulah; and one grandchild. Pallbearers were R.C. Todd, C. B. DeMoss, Charlton Forgotston, William Yerger, Edward Eiland and Kirk Morley. Honorary pallbearers were Dr. H. S. Provine, Dr. George Martin and Dr. J. M. Ross, Jr.
