Funeral services for Mrs. Lela Foreman Morgan 89 of Tallulah, LA will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, February 17, 2017 at the Waverly Baptist Church with Bro. Don Thornton and Bro. Marion Spence officiating. Visitation will be held at Waverly Baptist Church on Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017 from 5-8 PM. Entombment will follow in the Mulhearn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Morgan was a native of New Iberia, LA and passed peacefully from this life on February 14, 2017 at her home in Quebec, LA.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Foreman and Mary Luehm Foreman; her loving husband Fred C. Morgan Sr. and seven siblings, Annie B. Foreman, Elva M. Foreman, Edna Derouen, Alvin L. Foreman, Julius W. Foreman, Harold Foreman and Carroll Foreman.

She is survived by three children and their spouses, Randy (Dr. Belinda) Morgan of Tallulah, LA, Fred (Sherri) Morgan of Checotah, OK and Catherine (Gerald) Tonore of Monroe, LA and ten grandchildren Vallery Morgan, Gerald (Ashley) Tonore II, Catherine Tonore, Dr. Ginny-Lea (Dr. Joel) Norris, Chad (Kristi) Morgan, Culley Morgan, Clay Morgan III, Wiley Morgan, Ashley (Brandt) Lance and Robbie Temple; and was also adored by thirteen Great grandchildren, Alex Tonore, Morgan Tonore, Dee Morgan, Evelyn Rose Morgan, Shepard Morgan, Conner Lance, Caroline Lance, Cam Lance, Wil Morgan, Parker Morgan, Landry Morgan, Ava-Grace Morgan and Landan Taylor. Aunt Lela was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Chad Morgan, Gerald Tonore, Robbie Temple, Larry Cox, Donald French, Dr. Joel Norris and Clay Morgan.
