"Bob" Moore will be held at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with Rev. Cletus Moak officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah. Mr. Moore died Friday, Sept. 9, 2005 in the Olive Branch Senior Center in Tallulah, La. after a lengthy illness. He was 67. He was preceded in death by his parents, Loyd Moore and Annis Moore; two brothers, Joseph Moore and Donald Moore; and a sister, Mary Nolan. Born in Rayville, La., he lived in Tallulah for 42 years and was a retired river towboat captain for Magnolia Marine. He was a Navy veteran and an active member of Tallulah Masonic Lodge #308. Survivors include three sons, James Ray Moore, Robert Moore, both of Tallulah, and Gregory Moore, of Slidell, La.; a brother, Loyd Moore of Tallulah; a sister, Sadie J. Moore of Tallulah; four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Charles Nolan, Sr., Charles Nolan, Jr., Marty Nolan, Scottie Bullock, Clay Ashley and Thomas Thornton.
