All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************* James Ray “J.R.” Moore - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post, January 10, 2010 TALLULAH — James Ray “J.R.” Moore died Friday, Jan. 8, 2010, at River Region Medical Center. He was 45. Mr. Moore was a lifelong resident of Tallulah, and was of the Baptist faith. He was a former employee of Magnolia Marine and a construction worker. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert W. Moore; and grandparents, J.B. and Lillian Jobe and Lloyd and Annie Moore. Survivors include his mother, Marie Castle, and stepfather, Judd Castle, both of Vicksburg; two brothers, Robert W. Moore of Tallulah; and Gregory Todd Moore of Murex, La. Services will be at 4 this afternoon at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home of Tallulah with the Rev. Mike Pennock officiating. Visitation will be from 3 until service at the funeral home. Honorary pallbearer will be Kevin Tarver, William Quimby, Dr. Michael Davis, Dr. Paul Pierce IV, Dr. Daniel Edney, Ricky Holland and Dr. Thomas Sligh.
