Mooney - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal November 6, 1991 Funeral services for Mrs. Kathleen P. Mooney, 74, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Duewayne ThIlos officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Mooney died Monday, Oct. 28 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center in Florida. She was born in Morehouse Parish. She formerly lived in Tallulah and had lived in Lakeland for the past 22 years. She and her husband owned and operated Mooney Recreation Hall in Lakeland. She was a member of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her husband, J.W. Mooney Sr. of Lakeland; three sons, J. W. "Billy" Mooney Jr. and Ronnie Mooney, both of Lakeland and David Grundy of Plant City, Fla.; one daughter Dorothy Jean Wagar of Bossier City; one brother, J. V. Panquin of Tallulah; three sisters, Mary Etta Friday of Bossier City and Maybelle Bryant and Audrey Milled both of Tallulah; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
