Mobley - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post May 6, 2008 TALLULAH - Cynthia D. Mobley died Sunday, May 4, 2008, at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe. She was 28. Ms. Mobley was a lifelong resident of Tallulah. She is survived by two sons, Bailey Mobley and Noah Mobley, both of Tallulah; her mother and stepfather, Donna M. and Ken Barrett of Tallulah; her father and stepmother, Joseph P. Jr. and Debra Foster of Ruston, La.; two sisters, Luci Thornton and Kendall Barrett, both of Tallulah; one brother, Trey Foster of Ruston; two stepsisters, Amanda Williams and Kori Walker, both of Ruston; and one stepbrother, Shane Walker of Ruston. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah with the Rev. Cletus Moak officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home of Tallulah. Memorials may be made to the Louisiana School for the Visually Impaired in Baton Rouge.
