All rights reserved. ************************************************ Betty Ruth Moberley - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post, October 16, 2005 TALLULAH - Betty Ruth Moberley died Friday, Oct. 14, 2005, at her home in Tallulah. She was 82. Mrs. Moberley was born in Pawhuska, Okla., and lived in Tallulah for 60 years. She was a homemaker and member of First United Methodist Church of Tallulah. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Stuart Moberley Jr. Mrs. Moberley is survived by two daughters, Cherry M. Pittinger of Ridgeland and Karen M. Varner of Tallulah; a son, Edwin Stuart Moberley III of Tallulah; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at First United Methodist Church in Tallulah with the Rev. Jean Foreman officiating. Burial will follow at Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. at the church. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Pat Patrick, Shane Poole, Trey Varner, Edwin Moberley, Carter Moberley and Brent Fortenberry.
