All rights reserved. **************************************************************************************************** George Earl McKee - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, June 2003 Funeral services for Mr. George Earl McKee, 45, of Tallulah, are today, at 2 p.m., in Parkview Baptist Church with Revs. Cletus Moak and John Rushing officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. Mr. McKee died June 1, in the River Region West Hospital in Vicksburg after a lengthy illness. He was born in Vicksburg and had lived most of his life in Madison Parish. He attended Parkview Baptist Church. Survivors include his mother, Segis Jackson McKee, of Tallulah; one brother, Benton Floyd, of Byram, Miss.; two sisters, Patsy Faxon, of Ormond Beach, Fla.; and Ellen Stennett, of Jackson, Miss.; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Pallbearers are Cecil Wells, Lamar Walters, Harold Bolton, James Ashley, Les Scallions, James Still, Ed Hodges, Clarence Hodges, Van Cottoman and Johnny Cartwright. Honorary pallbearers are deacons of Parkview Baptist Church, Dr. Walter Johnson, Dr. Panzer and nurses of the second floor of the rehabilitation center.
