McKee - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, August 17, 1978 The funeral of Aubrey E. McKee of Tallulah was held Saturday in the chapel of Crothers Funeral with the Rev. Frank Shields officiating. Burial was in Memorial Cemetery in Tallulah. Mr. McKee died Aug. 10 in the Mercy Medical Center, Miss., after a lengthy illness. He was a native of Mississippi and had lived in Tallulah the past 10 years. He was superintendent of the River Terminal near Tallulah. He was a Korean veteran and a member of the Scott-Nicols-Voak American Legion Post 100. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Segis McKee of Tallulah; two sons, Benton McKee and George McKee, both of Tallulah; three daughters, Mrs. Patsy Robbins of Savannah, Ga., Mrs. Ellen Stennett of Jackson, Miss. and Mrs. Susan Scarborough of Tallulah; his stepmother, Mrs. Annie Mae McKee of Meridian, Miss.; one brother, Jerry McKee of Russell, Mississippi; six sisters, Mrs. Helen Richardson of Russell, Mrs. Ruby Stegall and Mrs. Doris Bradford, both of Meridian; Mrs. Betty Timbrell of Garland, Texas, Mrs. Katherine McWilliams of Dalesville, Miss. and Mrs. Retha Neel of Bernice; and three grand-children.
