All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Cornelia Van Zelfden McGregor - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, August 5, 1976 Mrs. Cornelia Nell McGregor, 59, Sulphur, La., died Wednesdy, June 16 in Denver, Colorado visiting her son. Mrs. McGregor was the daughter of Mr. Cornelius Van Zelfden and Mrs. Julia Van Zelfden, both Tallulah residents who are now deceased. She was a 1935 Tallulah High School graduate. Funeral services for Mrs. McGregor were held at the Hixson Funeral Home Chapel in Sulphur with the Rev. Warren Blakeman of the Henning Memorial Church officiating. Burial followed in Sulphur. Survivors include her husband, Harry H. McGregor of Sulphur; three sons, Cecil H. McGregor of Saudi Arabia; Roger McGregor of Denver; and Jock A. McGregor of Lafayette; one daughter, Mrs. Julie Taylor of Lake Charles: two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Van Zelfden of Michigan; and Mrs. Frances Van Zelfden of Baton Rouge.
