All rights reserved. *********************************************************************************************** Betty Ann McCready - Madison Parish, Louisiana From The Tallulah Madison Journal (LA), October 28, 1932 BETTY ANN McCREADY DIES SUNDAY, OCT. 16 Betty Ann McCready, the five-month old daughter a Mr. and Mrs. Alton McCready, died at the home of the parents on their place near Alligator bayou Sunday afternoon, October 16, after a short illness. The baby died at 12:15 in the afternoon. Mr. McCready is the son of Mr. Bill McCready who has lived on a place near Alligator bayou for several years. Funeral services for the little girl were held Monday afternoon following her death, from her home, and interment took place in the Silver Cross cemetery, Tallulah. Services were conducted by thy Rev. W. H. Giles, pastor of the First Methodist Church.
