"Peck" Magee - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal December 26, 1990 Funeral services for Mr. F. M. "Peck" Magee, 69, were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Crothers Funeral Home with Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial was in the Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of Crothers. Mr. Magee died Saturday night in the St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, Miss. after a short illness. He was a native of Forest and had been a resident of Tallulah for the past 60 years. Mr. Magee was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a millwright and a voting machine technician for the state of Louisiana. He was also a member of the Tallulah First Baptist Church. Survivors include three sons, Mike Magee of Tallulah, Ray Watts of DeRidder and Al Watts of Shreveport; one sister, Elma McGehee of Hazlehurst, Miss.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Edgar Lancaster, Donald B. Lancaster, Billy Post, C. A. Redd, Ralph Redd, Stanley Harmon, B. B. Harmon and Hugh Holley.
