All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************* Marion Walker Lott - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post, October 9, 2010 FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. — Marion Walker Lott, age 87, passed away on Oct. 7, 2010, in Fort Walton Beach, Fla. She was born in Apopka, Fla., Aug. 24, 1923 and had lived most of her life in Tallulah. She was a graduate of Tallulah High School and was retired from Tallulah State Bank. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Tallulah. She moved to Fort Walton Beach in 2002. Graveside services for Mrs. Lott will be Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2010, at 10 a.m. at Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. Mrs. Lott was preceded in death by her husbands, Daniel E. Walker Jr. of Tallulah from 1946 to 1973 and Edgar L. Lott of Tallulah from 1983-2000; her parents, Douglas and Marion Osborn Lawrence of Tallulah; two brothers, John B. Lawrence of Ardmore, Okla. and George W. Lawrence of Sidney, N.Y. She is survived by her son, Daniel L. Walker and wife, Pam, of Fort Walton Beach; her daughter, Rhonda W. Schwann and husband, Jules, of Biloxi; one grandson, Sgt. Trevor D. Walker, U.S. Marine Corps; her stepdaughter, Jessie L. Stevens and husband, Pierce, of Hattiesburg and their family. Special thanks to the wonderful staff of the Parthenon of Fort Walton Beach, for the excellent care and compassion shown to Marion for the last three years.
