All rights reserved. ************************************************ Funeral services for Mrs. Edna N. Land, 84, were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the First Baptist Church with Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial was to Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of Crothers Funeral Home. She died Tuesday, Dec. 18, 1991 at Vicksburg Medical Canter after a long illness. Mrs. Land was a native of Richland parish and a resident of Tallulah for the past 60 Years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Madison Parish Garden Club, the Lake One Home Demonstration Club and the Baptist Church. Survivors include one brother, C. A. Newton of Shreveport; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Horn of Tallulah and Mrs. Blanche Fuglaar of Baton Rouge; and a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Pallbearers were Jerry Walley, James Reeves, Warren Hopkins, Tommy Ray Williams, Tommy Bishop and Jay Byram.
