Roberta Kokinos - Madison Parish, Louisiana

Funeral services for Mrs. Roberta Kokinos, 62, of 1910 Jackson St., Monroe, will be at 10 a.m. 
Thursday at the Sts. Constantine and Helene Greek Orthodox Church in Monroe with Father Theodore Merco 
officiating.

Burial will be in the Silver Cross Cemetery at Tallulah under direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home 
of Monroe. She died Tuesday night at St. Francis Hospital after a lengthy illness.

A prayer service was held at 7:30 p.m. today at the church.

Mrs. Kokinos was a native of Richland Parish, a member of the Sts. Constantine and Helene Greek 
Orthodox Church, a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Greek Orthodox Church and a former member of 
the Rebeccas.

Survivors include her husband, James Kokinos of Monroe; one son, James Woodruff Sr. of Monroe; 
three sisters, Mrs. Lela Carney of Tallulah, Mrs. Helen Eaker of Hammond and Mrs. Viola Maxwell of 
Rayville; one brother, W. T. Scott of Tallulah; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild and several 
nieces and nephews.
