All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Leon King - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, February 12, 1976 Funeral services for Leon King, 40, of Tallulah, were held Tuesday at Crothers Funeral Home Chapel here with the Rev. Stout officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah. Mr. King died Saturday at E.A. Conway Hospital in Monroe after a brief illness. He was a native of Louisville, MS and resident of Tallulah for several years, a member of the Tallulah Methodist Church and a former member of the National Guard. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Geraldine T. King of Tallulah and several brothers and sisters from Mississippi. Pallbearers were Jack Bethea, Harold Ogden, Jack Bowden, Carl Smith, C. L. Keene and Hersel Henson.
