Kimbrough - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Evening Post January 5, 1944 KIMBROUGH RITES AT TALLULAH, LA. THIS AFTERNOON TALLULAH, La., Jan. 5 - Funeral services for A. D. Kimbrough, who died last night will be held from the local Methodist church this afternoon at 3 o'clock, with the Rev. Henry A. Rickey, officiating. Interment will be in the Silver Cross cemetery. Mr. Kimbrough was 69 years of age, and had resided in Madison parish for twenty eight years. For a period of twenty-two years, he was connected with the Illinois Central railroad in Mississippi. He was a past master of the Masonic Lodge of Jackson, Mississippi, and was an instructor, consistory division of Masonic Lodges in Mississippi. He was a member of the Methodist church. Deceased is survived by his wife, a son, George R. Kimbrough, Tallulah; two brothers, Tom Kimbrough of Tallulah and George Kimbrough of Meridian, and a sister, Mrs. Bertha Denham of Meridian.
