All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Minnie Lee Jordan - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, October 19, 1956 Rites Held For Former Resident Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Lee Jordan, 80, a former resident of Tallulah, who died last Saturday in Monroe, were held at 2 p. m., Monday at the Willow Bayou Baptist Church. Rev. Fred Wilson officiated with interment following in the Silver Cross Cemetery. Survivors include two sons, J. W. Jordan of Ferriday, and Robert Jordan of Drew, Miss.; two daughters, Mrs. Ozella Christmond of Drew, Miss., and Mrs. Nancy Turner of Detroit, Mich.; one brother, G. Hope of Shaw, Miss., 17 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Hugh Montgomery, Harry Roy, J. T. Roy, Walter Butler, Lucian Roy and Cliff Erwin.
