All rights reserved. *********************************************************************************************** Susie Ann Jones - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Monroe News-Star September 4, 1973 TALLULAH — Funeral services for Mrs. Susie Ann Jones, 82, of Mounds were to be at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Crothers Funeral Home of Tallulah with the Rev. Nathan Henderson officiating. Burial was to follow in the Silver Cross Cemetery here. Mrs. Jones died Sunday at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was a native of Epps, a resident of Madison Parish for 32 years and a member of the Mounds Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Leonard Jones of Mounds; six sons, Arthur Feroben of Taulorsville, Miss., Harvey Feroben of Newel[l]ton, Kemper Feroben of Monroe, Jack Jones of Trenton, Tenn. and Richard Jones of Fort Detrick, Md.; eight daughters, Mrs. Molly Perry of Newellton, Mrs. Jimmie Massey of Monroe, Mrs. Clara Atkins of Temple, Tex., Mrs. Mildred Bailey of Vicksburg, Miss., Mrs. Kate Pittman of New Orleans, Mrs. Nettie Anderson of Columbia, Miss., Mrs. Ann Williamson of Monroe and Mrs. Brenda Magee of Corinth, Miss.; one sister, Mrs. Mattie Lee Knights of Jackson, Miss.; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
