Dorothy Bierbaum Jones, 90, of Hazlehurst, died Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at her home.  

Graveside services will be 8:30 a.m. Friday at Hazlehurst Cemetery.  Stringer Family Funeral Home in Hazlehurst is handling arrangements.
 
Mrs. Jones had lived in Hazlehurst for 62 years.  She taught kindergarten in her home for many years.  She worked for the radio station, WMDC, in Hazlehurst and also was manager of the Style Room.  Mrs. Jones was a member of the Hazlehurst United Methodist Church.
 
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Hidalgo of Hazlehurst; brothers, Billy Bierbaum of Bradenton, FL and Bruce Bierbaum of Suncity, AR; 2 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
