All rights reserved. *********************************************************************************************** Pamela Ann James - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post February 12, 2014 TALLULAH, La. — Funeral services for Mrs. Pamela Ann James, age 65, of the Thomastown community will be noon Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014, in the chapel of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Brown officiating. Visitation will be two hours before the service, from 10 a.m. to noon, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. Mrs. James died Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014, in Madison Parish Hospital after a sudden illness. She was born in Washington, D.C., and lived in Madison Parish for 25 years. She had lived previously in Vicksburg. She was a retired human resource officer for Merchants Bank in Vicksburg, and she was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Vicksburg. She is survived by her husband, Walter Thomas “Tommy” James of Tallulah; one son, Justin S. Robertson of Tallulah; one daughter, Erika Thomason of Sacramento, Calif.; her mother, Thelma Thomas of Moraga, Calif.; one brother, Greg Thomas of Moraga, Calif.; and one aunt, Dortha Stockdale of Westerville, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her father, John Willard Thomas. Pallbearers will be Danny Collins, John Collins, Steve Collins, Chad Sonnek, James Wilkerson, and Bill Machen.
