All rights reserved. ************************************************ James Adam Jacobs - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post May 2, 2003 TALLULAH - James Adam Jacobs died Thursday, May 1, 2003, at Olive Branch Senior Care Center in Tallulah. He was 59. A lifelong resident of Tallulah, Mr. Jacobs was a maintenance employee at the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. Survivors include his wife, Nadine Box Jacobs of Tallulah; two sons, James Adam Jacobs II of Tallulah and Tyrell Layne Jacobs of Darnell, La.; four sisters, Betty Snyder of Vincennes, Ind., Francis Ezell of Tallulah, Dinkie Stanfield of Sondheimer and Virginia Rachal of Baton Rouge; two grandsons; and other relatives. Services will be at 2 pm. Saturday in the chapel at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah. Pallbearers will be Terry Pillars, Johnny Pillars, Tommy Dunning, James Jim McCool, John Jay Willhite Jr., and Robert Matthews. Honorary pallbearers will be Gang No. 570 of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.
