All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Ruth Newton Horn - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal January 26, 2000 Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Newton Horn, 89, of Tallulah, were held Saturday, Jan. 22, 2000, in the First Baptist Church of Tallulah with Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial followed in the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home of Tallulah. Mrs. Horn died early Friday, Jan. 21 at the Park View Medical Center in Vicksburg after a brief illness. She was born in Epps, La., and had lived in Tallulah for 65 years. She was a homemaker and a retired elementary school teacher. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Tallulah. Survivors include one son: Randy Horn and wife, Dianne, of Germantown, Tenn.; two grandsons: Xxxx Horn of Southhaven, Miss., and Xxxxob Horn of N. Little Rock, Ark. and numerous nieces and nephews.
