All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Renabel Boney Holt - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal July 16, 1970 Mrs. David Holt, former resident, dies Tuesday Mrs. Renabel Boney Holt died Tuesday, July 14, 1970, at 11:30 a.m. at Howard Memorial Hospital in Biloxi following an apparent heart attack. Mrs. Holt, born in 1899 in Clinton, Miss., was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard K. Boney of Tallulah. She spent most of her childhood days in Tallulah and received her B.S. degree from Sea Pines College in Worcester, Mass. She was quite active in church work and married the Rev. David E. Holt in 1932. Rev. Holt served the Episcopal churches in Tallulah and Lake Providence for a number of years. Rev. and Mrs. Holt have resided in Biloxi, Miss for Several years. She is survived by her husband, Rev. David E. Holt, Biloxi; one son, David E. Holt, Jr., Winchester, Mass.; one sister, Mrs. W. P. Sevier, Jr., Tallulah, and one grandson. Funeral services will be held today at 10:00 a.m. at St. John's Episcopal Church in Ocean Springs, Miss. with Rev. Beall officiating. Mrs. Holt had requested no flowers.
