Holt - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, October 6, 1983 Services for Meredith T. Holt, 68, of Lake Charles will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church of Lake Charles. Other arrangements are undermined at this time. Mr. Holt died Wednesday at his home after a short illness. He was a native of Tallulah, a graduate of TaIIulah High School and a graduate of Tulane Law School. He practiced law in Lake Charles for approximately the past 20 years. The son of Mr. and Mrs. Neal T. Holt of Tallulah, he was an Episcopalian, a veteran of WWII, a member of the Louisiana and American Bar Associations and various civic organizations. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Marie Post Holt; a daughter, Madeline Lucas of Santa Fe, N.M.; a brother Harry L Holt of Tallulah; a sister, Mrs. Cliff C. Adams of Tallulah; one granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
