Holley - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, January 23, 1975 Joseph W. Holley Funeral services for Joseph W. Holley, 71, of Tallulah were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Crothers Funeral Home with the Rev. Crawford Williams officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery. Mr. Holley died Saturday at his residence after a long illness. He was a native of Marion Junction, Ala. and a resident of Tallulah for 50 years. Before his retirement, he was the owner and operator of a crop dusting service in Homestead, Fla. He was also a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Jettie Holley of Tallulah; two sons, Joseph Holley of Weslaco, Tex. and Hugh Holley of Tallulah; one daughter, Mrs. Marie Mobley of Fairfax, Va.; one brother, G. D. Holley of Marion Junction, Ala.; two sisters, Miss Marie Holley of Marion Junction and Mrs. Sarah Bradshaw of Irving, Tex. Pallbearers were H. S. Weaver, Glen Streetman, Howard Streetman, C. O. Cohran. J. K. Post Jr., J. C. Stocks.
