All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Margaret "Granny" Hill - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal March 21, 1990 Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret "Granny" Hill, 75, were at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Crothers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Duewayne Tullos officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of Crothers. Mrs. Hill died Monday at Mississippi Baptist Hospital in Jackson. She was a native of Arkansas and a resident of Tallulah for the past 33 years. She was a retired seamstress, homemaker and a member of Parkview Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Thomas Donald Hill of Alexandria and George Elvis Hill of Corsicana, Tex.; one daughter Alice Corinne Swayze of Batavia, Ohio; five brothers, Austin Bryant of Dry Prong, Arthur Bryant, Selton Bryant, Monroe Bryant and Evron Bryant, all of Tallulah; two sisters, Lucy Currey of Gurdon, Ark. and Sadie Day of Delta; 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Harold Bolton, Cecil Wells, Wade Williamson, Richard Marshall, Buford White and Willard Green.
