All rights reserved. ************************************************ Earnest Hill - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post, March 19, 2004 TALLULAH — Earnest Hill died Wednesday, March 17, 2004, at Madison Parish Hospital in Tallulah. He was 74. A native of Vicksburg, Mr. Hill attended Vicksburg Public Schools. He was retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Mat Sinking Unit. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dona and Willie Bell Hill and Francis Wilson; three brothers, Leon Hill, James Hill and Dona Hill Jr.; and a sister, Martha Hill. Survivors include two daughters, Shirley Antwine and Annie Jenkins, both of Vicksburg; a brother, Johnnie Wilson of Champagne, Ill.; grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and cousins. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Beckwith Golden Gate Funeral Home in Tallulah. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. Saturday until the service at the funeral home.
