ALBERT MARVIN "HORSEFLY" HIGGINS, age 89
TALLULAH, LOUISIANA

LAKE PROVIDENCE, LA - A Memorial Service of Albert Marvin "Horsefly" Higgins, age 89 of Tallulah, Louisiana will be held at 3 PM on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Lake Providence, Louisiana.

Toney Lensing and Wayne Parker will officiate.

Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Lake Providence, Louisiana.

Horsefly passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at his residence.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert Marvin Higgins, Sr. and Ether Carter Higgins; brothers, Eyreal "Jelly" Higgins, Jack Higgins, Huey Higgins and Joe Higgins and sister, Robertine "Tiny" Polk

He is survived by his sons, Jerry Marvin Higgins and wife, Kathy and Phillip C. Higgins and wife, Barbara; 3 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and devoted friends, Dick and Robert Charles Brown.
