Harvill - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, June 19, 1980 Services for Jesse P. Harvill, 89 were held Tuesday in Parkview Baptist Church in Tallulah with the Rev. Xxoyett officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home in Tallulah. Mr. Harvill died Monday in East Carroll Parish Hospital in Lake Providence after a long illness. He as a native of Tennessee, and lived in Tallulah for five years. He was a retired lumber business employee, a veteran of World War I, and a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Bonnie Carter of Oak Grove, Mrs. Sue Foster of Tallulah, Mrs. Pauline Little of Bastrop and Mrs. Dixie Glass of Edwardsville, Ill.; 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Glen Custer, Clyde Custer, Don Walker, Jerry Thomas, Richard Harris and Carl Brown.
