"Mutt" Harvey - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal June 28, 1995 Tallulah services for A. L. "Mutt" Harvey will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 29, at First Baptist Church in Tallulah with the Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial will be at Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery in Crystal Springs with Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home of Tallulah in charge. Mr. Harvey died Monday, June 26, 1995, at the Vicksburg Medical Center. He was 76. He was a native of Mississippi and had lived in Madison Parish for 48 years. He was a farmer; a retired member of the Madison Parish Police Jury and a member of the Madison Parish Hospital Board. He was a veteran of World War II, and a member and chaplain of American Legion Post No. 100. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Tallulah. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Young Harvey of Tallulah; one son, Bruce Harvey of Highlands Ranch, Colo.; one daughter, Linda Williams of Baton Rouge; four grandchildren; two brothers, Robert Harvey of Tallulah and David Harve, of Lake Providence; and one sister; Mary Neal of Vicksburg.
