OTHILIA EMELIA GEHRKE HANSON Mrs. Othilia Hanson died at Mound, La., March 17, at her home on the Texas plantation, after a short illness. Mrs. Hanson was about 37 years of age at the time of her death and is survived by her husband, O. E. Hanson, and three children, Everett, 9; Paul, 6, and Violet, 4, as well as sisters and brothers, one of whom, Mrs. Albert Peterson, lives on the Texas plantation. Mr. and Mrs. Hanson had been residents of Madison parish since Sept.1930, when they moved from Cannon Falls, Minnesota, where Mrs. Hanson's sisters and brothers reside. She was a member of the German Lutheran church, of Clara City, Minn. Funeral services were held on March 18 from the Methodist church in Tallulah, the Rev. W. H. Giles officiating. Interment took place in the Silver Cross Cemetery near Tallulah. The pall bearers were K. E. Byson, Oscar Byson, Jeff Gore, C. E. Speed, Norman Walstrom and Mr. Ames.
