All rights reserved. ************************************************ Margaret Hall - Madison Parish, Louisiana From South Bend (IN)November 3, 2006 Margaret Hall Dec. 25, 1920 - Oct. 28, 2006 Ms. Margaret Hall was called home to rest on the morning of October 28, 2006. She was called "Dear" by many people and a "dear" person she was. Dear was born December 25, 1920, in Tallulah, La. Both of her parents are deceased: mother, Lena Buckles on August 14, 1973, and father, Robert Buckles on April 16, 1969. She was employed by South Bend Community Schools from September 4, 1971, to December 1, 1988, as a security liaison at Washington High School where she also enjoyed working with the pom-pom squad. Before her extended illness, Dear's favorite pastime was gardening and volunteering many hours to her church and community projects. Dear is survived by her loving children, Joyce (Richard) Pippin of Vacaville, Calif., Debbie (Tony) Kirkland of Jacksonville, Fla., John Williams of South Bend, Ind., and Henry Hall Jr. of South Bend, Ind.; seven grandchildren, Katrina (Truman) Diggons of Orlando, Fla., Selena Pope of Atlanta, Ga., Eric (Karen) Williams of Lincoln, Neb., Andre (Candace) Pope of Atlanta, Ga., Larry (Yolanda) Green of South Bend, Ind., Greg (Rudeen) Williams of Jacksonville, Fla., Michael (Carmen) Wright of Atlanta, Ga.; nine great-great-grandchildren; a very cherished cousin, Curtis Knox Jr. of Los Angeles, Calif.; and a host of very special friends. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. in Bethlehem Baptist Church. Visitation will be on November 3, 2006, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Alford's Mortuary.
