Gunn - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal June 4, 1997 Funeral services for Mrs. Kathlyn E. Gunn, age 81, of Monroe, formerly of Tallulah, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 31, 1997, at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home Chapel in Tallulah, with the Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial was in Providence Memorial Gardens in Tallulah. Mrs. Gunn died Thursday, May 29, 1997, at North Monroe Community Hospital in Monroe after a lengthy illness. She is survived by two sons, Marion Eddy Gunn of Nipoma, Calif., and Sammy K. Gunn of Jonesboro, La.; one daughter, Jane G. Corley of Decatur; Ala.; four brothers, Edgar Edmonson of Clinton, Miss., Nat Edmonson and Milton Edmonson, both of Oak Grove, La., and Jimmy Edmonson of Virginia; one sister, Rachel June Reynolds of Monroe; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
