Greer - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal February 3, 1993 Funeral services for Mrs. Roberta O. Greer, 65, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with Rev. James Johnson officiating. Burial was at the Crowville Masonic Cemetery. Mrs. Greer died Thursday in the Richland Parish Hospital in Delhi. She was a native of Delhi and had lived in Madison Parish for 40 years. She was a housewife and a member of the Full Gospel Church. Survivors include her husband, James W. Greer of Tallulah; one son, Daniel Edward Thornhill of Tallulah; four daughters, Marilyn Fredrick and Rose Wellman, both of Greenville, Miss., Bettye Eakes of Tallulah and Glenda Rash of Atlanta, Ga.; one brother, Stanley Ogden of Delhi; one sister, Lorena Pugh of Greenville; her father, John Ogden of Delhi; 22 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Johnny Pugh, James Greer, Elmer Greer, Brett Raley, Dewight Neeley and James Roberts.
